What should be noted during the handover of PVC tarpaulin?

PVC tarpaulin is usually made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), which is stable at high temperatures and certain low temperatures (-20 °C to 60 °C), and has excellent sun protection, moisture resistance, and mildew resistance. So what should be noted during the handover?

1. Differences must be noted; the consignee must unload the cargo with the dedicated line, and unloading should stop cutting to avoid damaging the tarpaulin and ropes. If PVC tarpaulin is found to be lost, damaged, or missing due to the consignee's responsibility, it will be handled according to the 'Railway Tarpaulin Damage Disposal Measures'.
2. Before using waterproof tarpaulin, the quality should be checked one by one. When using railway tarpaulin, the tarpaulin number should be written in the 'Railway Freight Car Tarpaulin Number' column of the cargo waybill; when using self-provided PVC tarpaulin, an '×' symbol should be marked in the 'Railway Freight Car Tarpaulin Number' column of the cargo waybill, and it should be checked whether the consignor has noted 'Self-provided Tarpaulin × Number' in the 'Consignor Record' column of the cargo waybill.
3. Dedicated line, dedicated railway unloading tarpaulin return: After unloading, the consignee must fill out the 'Freight Car Tarpaulin Delivery Note' within two days and arrange for the tarpaulin to be sent to the station tarpaulin room (cleaned and folded) as per regulations. If the consignee fails to send the waterproof tarpaulin on the specified date, they should be charged a delay fee for the waterproof tarpaulin, calculated daily for any part of a day.
Therefore, manufacturers need to pay more attention during the handover process of the tarpaulin to ensure the correct and smooth transfer of PVC tarpaulin products.
